Undercutting a transmission involves machining angles on the engagement dogs and slots to prevent the transmission from jumping out of gear under load.
Schnitz Racing has transmissions on the shelf ready for you to install into your Suzuki Hayabusa. These cores have been Racecut and Magnafluxed so you know they're ready to run.
*Note - Be sure to check all of your small shift forks, large shift forks, shift shafts and shift drum before installing this transmission. A bent fork or damaged shift drum will ruin a new transmission.
