Nitrous Jetting Charts

MOTORCYCLE WET NITROUS JETTING CHART

The following serves as a foundational guideline for fogger systems' safe operation. Presented below are two columns delineating fuel jet sizes: one for use with the standard fuel pump included in the kits, and the other for high-output pumps, such as the Holley Blue, delivering 5-7 psi flowing pressure. The nitrous jet chart is calibrated based on bottle pressure ranging from 900 to 950 psi. As a starting point, ignition timing should be retarded by 1/2 to 2 degrees for every 50 horsepower of nitrous horsepower utilized. It is recommended to retard ignition timing from the optimal timing established for the engine without nitrous (the timing yielding the best MPH or torque)

This guideline provides a foundational framework; however, numerous variables, such as nozzle type and distribution block type, can influence your specific setup. For precise adjustments, it's advisable to consult your engine builder for tailored tuning tips.
