Having a properly set-up suspension is one of the most important things you can do to gain maximum performance out of your bike. There is nothing worse than having a bike make 300+ HP if you can’t use that power on the track. This all starts with having suspension that is setup exactly for the rider and bike they are riding.
Penske Shocks does exactly that for you. From start to finish these shocks are designed and made for Drag Bikes to give you the most consistent launch on the starting line and the best control and stability through-out the entire pass. With a very large adjustment range in both compression and rebound you can easily dial in your bikes suspension for different track conditions. Your suspension is more than just a shock on your bike. It is a tuning tool that can be used every time you unload at the track. Penske Shocks make sure you have the right setup so you can get the most out of your bike. Having the right suspension is like putting gas in your bike, you HAVE to do it!

You can see the quality from the time you open the box. Comes setup near perfect. Very easy fit and great instructions. I highly recommend this
I bought a Penske shock for a Hayabusa turbo 400 hp with I roll in France on tracks without glue sliding a lot, it really is correct, I recommend to all.
thank you jean luc
After adding this piece, my times went from 9.8s to 9.6s, allowing the horsepower that I was losing in the compression of the stock shock and now putting that power to the surface!
I bought my rear shock from Schnitz Racing at a great price. Couldn't believe how adjustable this shock really is..
Everything bolted up great. Only down side to it is that I bought it in the middle of winter and can not test it out yet. Can't wait till spring! Its way more adjustable over stock so I have high hopes for my short times.
I have recently purchased a Penske rear shock which was recommended by Ryan. The only issue i had was that i had to grind down the pin/inner bearing race on my 3 point linkage that the shock mounts too, they could maybe machine 1mm more out of the bottom shock fork.. no biggy. Once installed the bike was taken to a local race meet and a 9.4 was done on my first"rookie" run and the bike handled like a dream.
The shock is of extreem build quality and is super light, Just like it is advertised. Would I buy it again? Of course!
Well worth the money for the performance gain you get, Penske has top notch customer service and track support to back their product too!
