What Customers are saying:
I really enjoy my Zero Gravity Sport Touring Windscreen. I am 6'2" and ride with a Aria XD3 and have zero issues with buffeting. The airstream hits me just at the top of the helmet. I have the dark tinted one and have no issues with seeing thru it or around it, it looks huge, offers good protection, but is not obtrusive.

I went with the Zero Gravity ST also. Light Smoke looks great on my Ebony '09.

The screen is great, exactly what i wanted and i love the smoked colour. It gives great protection when touring, much better than the standard screen.

How Is This Product Under $100...
When I purchased the Sport Touring, I pretty much had pure aesthetics in mind. However, those few inches of height were worth the extra Jacksons! Ever since I've owned the KLR(2011), I've tended to avoid 60+ MPH roads. The wind would viciously assault my cloth-ed flesh-sack, forging a strong feeling of trust towards off-ramps. How many times must you brave the Death Wobbles? Once I slapped on the Sport Touring, the difference in static wind resistance was very shocking. A shield to deflect air, one might say. Riding in the winter time is now comfortable. Now, as the devil's advocate, this particular windscreen is made out of plastic acrylic. If you plan to take your KLR to the sand dunes, it would behoove you to swap this windscreen out for the OEM Kawasaki screen (provided you still have possession of said object). This Zero Gravity windscreen is *not* shatter-proof, and should not be used off-road. If you don't care, I applaud your subservience to capitalism. In an effort to gather recreational data on this *transformed* bike, I *had* to find out if I could red-line 5th gear...on a controlled dry road, of course. | 5' 10", 165lbs, Dual-sport full-face helmet, OEM Bike Parts | ------- 65MPH + Sunny Weather, ~3 MPH wind resistance, Dry Road---Each passing car severely jolts my upright stability. ------- 83MPH + Chilly Night, ~5 MPH wind resistance, Dry Road---Smooth ridin'...Hail To The King, Baby.

Big difference from a small shield
I am a new KLR owner but have been riding bikes for over 40 years and I have purchased my share of aftermarket windshields. After a good amount of research I choose the clear ZG ST.I am a little taller in the torso than a lot of riders(6'1") so I knew that I needed a taller screen. The ZG ST works very well for its size ,providing reduced buffeting, quieter ride, and less wind on the upper body.I am still catching the edge of the wind stream at about upper forehead level so I am now looking for a small lip to attach to the top edge of the screen to hopefully give that extra little bit of lift that I need.I think most riders will be very satisfied with the ZG ST.I think that ZG could finish the shield by blacking out the lower part so you dont see the back of the instruments though (kinda tacky).Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and I sure am glad that I discovered Schnitz Racing, their prices and service are fantastic!
