Eliminate the stock key switch assembly to reduce weight on your Sport Bike and allow easier mounting of steering dampers or gauges. This kit is completely plug and play for quick and simple installation with no cutting or splicing. You can put the stock key switch back on later if you need to.
We offer this kit in two versions: Use the stock run/stop toggle switch on the right handle bar or use your own supplied 30 amp toggle switch of any kind. If you choose the harness that uses the stock run/stop switch, we also include instructions on how to easily wire in a tether kill switch. (Note - Harness for stock Run/Stop switch is not recommended for use with headlights or radiator fan as this switch can only handle 15 amps)
The Schnitz Racing Key Switch Elimination Harness uses only Mil-spec wire and Raychem DR-25 shrinkable tubing that is flame retardant and resistant to most fuels, brake fluid, hydraulic oil and water.
