This oil pan gate is installed in the oil pan and prevents the air from moving away from the oil pump pickup with accelerating. If your oil light comes on when you are accelerating or doing a wheelie, this is what you need! Oil pan removal is required, so get a new oil filter and a oil pan gasket to complete the job. An amazing fix that has been used for over 30 years!
