Introducing the HTP Performance Air Shifter Bracket Kit designed specifically for the Kawasaki ZX-10R (2016-2020). Elevate your shifting experience with this precision-engineered kit, enhancing the performance of your motorcycle. Please note that the RSR Air Shift Cylinder shown in the image is not included.

Installation Instructions:

1. Loosen Top Motor Mount Bolt: Begin by loosening the top motor mount bolt to prepare for the installation process.
2. Remove Bolt: Carefully remove the top motor mount bolt to create space for the bracket kit.
3. Remove Sprocket Side Spacer: Once the bolt is removed, take out the sprocket side spacer, making way for the shift mount.
4. Replace Spacer with Shift Mount: Install the shift mount in place of the spacer, ensuring a secure fit for the air shifter bracket.
5. Reinstall Top Motor Mount Bolt: Reinsert the top motor mount bolt and tighten it to the factory torque specifications, ensuring a firm and stable connection.
6. Drill in Center of Shift Pedal: Utilize the supplied drill bit to create a hole in the center of the shift pedal.
7. Tap with Supplied 1/4-20 Tap: Tap the hole with the provided 1/4-20 tap, creating the necessary threading for the installation.
8. Install Heim Joint on Shift Plunger: Securely install the heim joint on the shift plunger, ensuring a reliable connection.
9. Install Top Mount Bolt & Bottom End Bolt into Shift Pedal: Complete the installation by attaching the top mount bolt and bottom end bolt into the shift pedal, finalizing the setup.
