Dont waste your money. Does not show step by step. Assumes you know a lot already. Video looks like it was shot 20 years ago, poor quality. Youtube is free and much better.

I could not understand cam Degreeing before so i wouldn't try, i bought this Video and now im a pro after watching over and over i finally got it.YOU must first of all understand Engine theory second have a mechanical ability its also a good idea to watch this video over and over wile working on your cams YOU WILL GET IT RIGHT you must be patient and work slowly and in correspondence to the video.
