PAIR Block Off Plates are used to block the air ports on the cylinder head cover. Blocking the PAIR system prevents unwanted air from entering the exhaust stream, which can decrease exhaust “popping” and is required for a proper vehicle tune.

Pair valve block off
It was very challenging doing this conversion because I have big hands I had to enlist my wife's help to get some of the bolt started but it was successful you do need a jumper wire or the connector which is not part of the kit so I had to take it apart twice to get that in
